Hello, I welcome you to our site.  Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. ClearView Home Inspections launched in September of 2004 as a sideline of Drbeach and Associates, LLC which began operation in the Home Repair, Remodeling and Home Services in 1989 in Lewes Delaware.  We are celebrating our 20th year.  Home Inspection was a natural fit, we have taken hundreds of hours of specialized training in the Home Inspection field and continue to complete many CEU's each year to meet, not only our interest, but the requirements of the 2 associations we belong.  International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and National Society of Home Inspectors (NSHI)
